In its second year, the award aims to encourage the creation of new content or to highlight existing child-friendly and quality content. Children can produce the content themselves. They can enter the contest as individuals or in groups (school classes or youth groups). Adult submissions are welcomed from both professionals (people who produce online content for a living) and non-professionals. The main point is that the content should encourage young people to spend time online to learn, to acquire new skills or should stimulate their imagination.
Deadline for applications is November 2013. To register or for more information about the competition.
