Michel Barnier hits back at medical Euromyth

In an article in the Daily Telegraph, Mr Barnier says that if doctors with poor skills or poor English are working in the NHS, that is a matter for great concern, but: "the responsibility for remedying it lies with the UK authorities and employers. There is nothing in EU rules – agreed with the UK in the first place - which prevents them doing so."
