Carl Baudenbacher

Lecture to be delivered by Professor Carl Baudenbacher, judge at the EFTA court since 1995 and its president since 2003, on Monday 30 January 2017 at the University of Edinburgh.

One of the options floated during the referendum campaign and since the leave vote has been for the UK to join the European Economic Area (EEA), also known as the ‘Norway model’.

Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein are simultaneously members of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA).
