A special registration desk for press will be provided. Please note that, due to very strict security reasons, only people who have registered regularly (via this website) will be accepted on-site.

Upon your arrival at the conference venue, you will be given the complete set of working documents. You can also find these documents under Conference Documents.

Facilities

A working room on the ground floor of Palazzo Reale will be available for journalists and press. The room will be equipped with WI-FI access, a printer, a photocopy machine and two laptops.
