The Province of Frosinone commits to the European Road Safety Charter through the following efforts:

1. Promotional campaign at schools, nightclubs and bars:
   
   A total of 92 schools from the province will be targeted and will receive information brochures about drink driving. They will be encouraged to select one of their group of friends (known as a BOB), who will undertake to register as a designated driver, and whose task will be to accompany his or her friends to nightclubs or bars, drinking only non-alcoholic beverages. He or she will be given free entry to the premises, along with free beverages.
   
2. Promotional campaign targeting the 92 schools from the province, dealing with the positive effects of driving safely, providing information brochures including details on the possibility of attending safe driving courses free of charge, organised by the ACI of Frosinone, near the Vallelunga motordrome.
