The information on specific rules in force as regards signalling which precedes the red light was not provided. 54 narcotics classified as dangerous to road safety (e.g. opiates including their derivate and cocaine), including medicines, are defined in Annex 1 (lists A, B, C and D) of Government Order 655 of 19 June 2007. To establish whether a blood sample contains a narcotic classified as dangerous to road safety, the blood sample must be examined to measure the active component indicated for the narcotic in question in Annex 1. A blood sample is deemed to contain an active component only if the test result exceeds the minimum limit indicated for the narcotic in question in Annex 1. A blood sample containing insignificant residue of a narcotic classified as dangerous to road safety but not listed in Annex 1 is deemed not to contain the narcotic in question.
There are lanes reserved for various types of vehicles. If the road has been divided into separate lanes for different types of driving/vehicles, drivers must use the lane specified for the vehicle they are driving. Small mopeds must be driven on cycle paths unless road signs indicate otherwise. If there is a slow lane, it is to be used by vehicles driven at a speed lower than that indicated on the road sign for the slow lane. Other vehicles may not be driven in the slow lane.
