National Implementation MeasuresThe table below contains an overview of the notifications sent by Member States to the Commission concerning the measures adopted to implement the EU rail acquis. The columns refer to the Directives or to the national safety and technical rules that apply to the railway sector. N: Notification not received Y: Notification received.
Art. 8: Article 8 (2) of Directive 2004/49 on the notification of all relevant national safety rules Art. 16 (3): Article 16 (3) of Directive 2001/16, as amended by article 2 of Directive 2004/50 on the notification of list of the technical rules in use for implementing the essential requirements.
