Not communicated yet. Many provisions have already been implemented by the existing legislation: The Railways Act 1993, as amended by the Transport Act 2000. The Network Statement is published by Network Rail, the Infrastructure manager in Great Britain.

• Norge

The Network Statement 2003/2004 for the Norwegian network has been published on 15 March 2003 by Jernbaneverket. Announcement will be made via the EEA Agreement procedures.

• Switzerland

The access conditions for the Swiss network have been published by the Swiss infrastructure manager SBB/CFF. Announcement will be made via the EU-CH Transport Agreement procedures.
