Study: Fact Finding Study on the legal and contractual basis of passenger rights in urban public transport

The scope of the Study is to provide a comprehensive overview of the legal basis at national level for the application of passenger rights covering all modes of urban public transport in each of the Member States and in the selected non-EU countries. The urban public transport modes covered by the Study are bus, light rail, tram, metro, train, city ferries and taxi.

Call: ELAN calls for Experts to provide technical support
