Presenting a Motorways of the Sea Project in the TEN-T Calls

Every year, a call for the selection of Motorways of the sea projects in the Trans-European Network programme is issued. In order to guide applying Member States in the presentation of Motorways of the Sea projects and to make the whole process more transparent to the larger public, the Directorate General for Energy and Transport has prepared in 2005 this Vademecum or User's Guide. It remains the reference for future calls for Motorways of the Sea projects under the Trans-European Network programme. Please note that the Vademecum is for information only and does not present formal legal advice or a formal position of the European Commission.
