Drepturile pasagerilor
Conform legislaţiei comunitare, toţi călătorii trebuie informaţi în legătură cu identitatea companiilor aeriene care vor opera un zbor spre sau de pe un aeroport situat în Uniunea Europeană, sau care face parte dintr-un traseu care începe sau care se încheie pe teritoriul Uniunii Europene. În cazul schimbării operatorului aerian, pasagerii trebuie informaţi în cel mai scurt termen în legătură cu identitatea noii companii aeriene.
