The 36th triennial ICAO Assembly
Montreal, 18-28 September 2007
Preparation
In order to prepare for the important 36th triennial ICAO Assembly, 9 common European working papers have been developed. The papers, the drafting of which was coordinated by the European Commission, were adopted by the Community, by the 27 Member States of the Community and by the 15 Member States of the European Conference for Civil Aviation (ECAC) which are not member of the Community. As such they provide the substantive input of the whole of Europe for the upcoming Assembly with regard to the environment, safety, security and air traffic management (ATM).
Furthermore, the European Community and its Member States have submitted the Information Paper "The European Union's commitment to cooperation with the world aviation community
