Discussion paper on the operation of Regulation (EC) 785/2004 on insurance requirements for air carriers and aircraft operators
Consultation period: 26/09/2007 - 22/11/2007
Regulation 785/2004, which entered into force on 30 April 2005, established minimum insurance requirements for air carriers and aircraft operators in respect of liability for passengers, baggage, cargo and third parties.
The consultation paper invites stakeholders and all interested parties to provide their contributions on the raised questions in order to assess the operation of this Regulation.
