the 1990’s.
In
November 2000 the Commission services in the Directorate-General for Energy and
Transport started to compile news on Short Sea Shipping. Such news on start-ups,
joint ventures, new services, new routes and innovations, among others, help to
assess trends in the industry.
The
Commission has its own sources of information but is open to contributions. If
you have any other news that are not presented in the below file, the exercise
of collecting them is continuous and
you
can submit them at any time
to
the European Commission
