Short Sea Friendliness of Ports

In line with its on-going efforts to promote Short Sea Shipping, the European Commission launched an exercise, in April 2004, allowing European ports to present their short-sea friendliness on a Commission hosted Internet website

In order to avail of this opportunity to promote their port, contributors should complete a questionnaire on the short sea friendliness of the port and (optionally) attach additional information / promotional material for inclusion on the site  Letter and questionnaire

All sea and sea-river ports in Europe are welcome to contribute.  Ports can use this medium to demonstrate their short-sea friendliness to port users and other interested parties.

Web address:
http://circa.europa.eu/irc/tren/short-sea_friendliness_of_ports/info/data/vers4.htm

Contributions can be submitted at any time to the Commission’s Short Sea Shipping mailbox  SSS@ec.europa.eu..
