Seminar "Piracy and armed robbery at sea: How best to protect seafarers?"

This seminar addresses how piracy affects seafarers, taking into account that acts of piracy and armed robbery have become more frequent and more violent, especially in the seas off Somalia and the Horn of Africa. It looked at the various issues involved from the seafarers' point of view.
