Lightening the load: Marco Polo leads the way

 

This is a 24-pager full-colour brochure presenting a selection of Marco Polo success stories - one per page. They chronicle the shift from road to greener transport modes in all regions of Europe. New rail and inland waterway projects criss-cross the continent. Motorways of the sea provide ways round natural land barriers and congested road corridors Catalyst actions, traffic avoidance and training projects help reduce pollution and raise transport efficiency. The stories are told by the practitioners themselves. The brochure is available in seven languages.

New ways to a green horizon

 

This six-sided folding leaflet explains briefly why green transport makes economic and ecological good sense. It describes the Marco Polo actions and explains why you should sign up to the programme and how to apply for funding. The leaflet is available in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish and Dutch.
