The European Commission simplifies Marco Polo applications by providing a one-stop-shop for obtaining all the necessary documents and guidance to help potential applicants.

The Call 2012 was closed on 19 October 2012.

The call text explains the structure of Marco Polo funding and the eligibility, selection and award criteria. It also provides instructions on preparing and submitting a proposal. In addition, there are guidance notes on how to make your submission as concrete and precise as possible. The documents include, among other things, a checklist and a calculator for working out the volume of freight shifted off the road by your project. A helpdesk is also at your service.
