The Commission shall establish Multiannual (MAP) and Annual (AP) Work Programmes, applying the criteria laid down in the Regulation laying down general rules for the granting of Community financial aid in the field of trans-European networks and in the Decision on Community guidelines for the development of the trans-European transport network.
The selection of an application does not oblige the Commission to award a grant.
