Annual reports on the implementation of the Single European Sky and the Flexible Use of Airspace (FUA)
Further to Article 12(1) of the framework Regulation (EC) No 549/2004, Member States have to report annually to the Commission on the implementation of the actions taken pursuant to this Regulation as well as the other Regulations and Implementing Rules constituting the Single European Sky (SES) package.
Further to Article 7(2) of the airspace Regulation (EC) No 551/2004 and Article 8 of Regulation (EC) No 2150/2005, Member States have to report annually to the Commission on their implementation of the Flexible Use of Airspace (FUA).
Reports provided by Member States as well as third countries that apply the SES legislation as a consequence of agreements with the European Community.
