Air traffic controller licence
Harmonising the patchwork of national licences and licensing criteria will enable controllers to work within the entire area of the Single European Sky. This is necessary for the creation of future functional airspace blocks. It makes a mutual recognition of licences obligatory and ensures that all Member States follow the same safety guidelines in the training system.
