The basics of De Vier Essen BV’s code of conduct is that De Vier Essen BV will never act in a way that is disrespectful or disruptive to society, humanity and environment.

Helping clients
- De Vier Essen BV will never help clients that in any way are in or planning to be in an organization that is involved in activities that are disruptive or irrespective to society, such as gender unequality, exploitation of female or male sexual exploitation etc.
- De Vier Essen BV will never help clients that in any way are in or planning to be in an organization that is involved in activities that are disruptive or irrespective to humanity, such as child labor, where labor is involved that does not compensate the laborers in a decent way etc..
- De Vier Essen BV will never help clients that in any way are in or planning to be in an organization that is involved in activities that are disruptive or irrespective to environment, such as unlawful exploitation or damaging to natural resources, unnecessary or excessive polluting of the environment etc...
- De Vier Essen BV will ensure, to it’s best abilities, that clients adhere to local law, tax payments, social conditions and will pay it’s employees a salary that, according to local situation and the kind of work is decent;
- De Vier Essen BV will respect the Intellectual Property of it’s clients and will in no way violate the rights of clients to this IP. From the moment De Vier Essen BV (and/or it’s employees) are acquainted with the IP of it’s client, De Vier Essen BV will keep strict confidentiality and will in no way use the knowledge in other than helping the client.

- De Vier Essen BV organization will operate and deliver it’s services regardless of race, gender, creed or nationality and without adverse distinction of any kind;
- De Vier Essen BV organization will operate and deliver it’s services such that it can not be used to further a particular political or religious standpoint
- De Vier Essen BV organization will operate and deliver it’s services with respect to culture and custom
- De Vier Essen BV organization will as much as possible build on local capacities;
- De Vier Essen BV will in no way be involved in any kind of corruption. No benefits (financially or otherwise) will be granted to third parties without there being an agreement on services rendered, and the benefits must be in accordance with this services rendered
- De Vier Essen BV organization will hold itself responsible to those that seek and receive it’s services and to those from whom we receive and accept resources;
- In De Vier Essen BV’s promotion activities we will in no way discredit those that seek and receive services and those from whom we receive and accept resources
- In De Vier Essen BV’s promotion activities only De Vier Essen BV’s activities and results will be promoted without bias or exaggeration;;
- De Vier Essen BV organization will employ it’s employees according to local rule and regardless of race, gender, creed or nationality and remunerates them according to locally accepted decent wages;
- De Vier Essen BV organization will not in any way partake in transactions that could be construed as unethical or uncontrollable. All transactions should adhere to ethical standards and transparency. In particular all financial transactions by De Vier Essen BV will be based on appropriate tendering, invoicing and payment to the beneficiary that has tendered and invoices;
