| Goals / remit of the organisation: |
CEEP is an international non - profit association incorporated in Brussels. Its primary mission is to support integration of the Central Europe Energy Sector within the framework of common EU energy and energy security policy. CEEP members are energy sector companies, as well as universities and other research institutions from Central Europe.
The over-riding goal is to combine the capabilities and experience, and enhance co-operation between energy sector companies and research organizations in the region of Central Europe. The purpose of this is to identify and advocate common problems and their solutions, strengthen the region’s energy security and facilitate successful implementation of the EU energy and energy security policy.

CEEP jest organizacją zrzeszającą przedstawicieli sektora energii z Europy Centralnej, a także wiodących uczelni i politechnik . Jej głównym celem jest działanie na rzecz integracji sektora energii w ramach polityki energetycznej, w tym polityki bezpieczeństwa UE.
CEEP aktywnie działa poprzez przygotowywanie stosownaych ekspertyz, rekomendacji, opracowań technologicznych i technicznych.
CEEP chce być podmiotem aktywnym w procesie konsultacji i tworzenia prawa unijnego w zakresie szeroko rozumianego sektora energii.
