Artigo 33 1. As relações com os Estados, Entidades Nacionais e Internacionais deverão ser tidas pelo Chefe da Casa Real ou por alguém nomeado por este, na ausência desta atribuição de responsabilidade, as relações serão tidas ou pelo Grão Chanceler ou pelo responsável dos negócios estrangeiros da Casa; 2. A Casa Real, criou o Departamento para negócios estrangeiros com o objectivo de desenvolver todas as actividades, através dos meios possuídos pelos seus espertos, actividades estas sociais, sanitárias, culturais, ecológicas, económicas, comerciais etc., tal como também manter os relacionamentos diplomáticos entre os povos. 3. A Casa Real, designa as seguintes línguas oficiais para as relações internacionais: Português, Italiano, Francês e Inglês. Artigo 34 A Casa Real Portuguesa, é chamada para organismos internacionais das Nações Unidas, e para a Carta Constitucional, de 10 de Dezembro de 1948, para os Direitos Humanos e faz com que seja conhecido, aprovado e imediatamente comunicado que esta institui os seguintes Departamentos, Comissões, Conselhos os quais serão programados para atingir alguns objectivos. A Constituição Provisória da Real Casa de Portugal Normas Gerais dos Estatutos FUCREP DECLARAÇÃO UNIVERSAL DOS DIREITOS HUMANOS CONVENÇÃO DE VIENA: RELAÇÕES DIPLOMÁTICAS CONVENÇÃO DE VIENA: RELAÇÕES CONSULARES Year established: 1987 Year of registration: 2004 Organizational structure: Registro oficial da Real Casa de Portugal no "Diário da República", Noº 291, 3ª série, de 18 de Dezembro de 1992. Artigo 32 1. A Casa Real de Portugal renova todas as cargas e funções incluindo as diplomáticas, como estipulado pela Constituição Monárquica de 1838, em vigor e pela seguinte como referido no capítulo II, da Casa Real Portuguesa, que não estejam em contraste com leis em vigor nos vários países, onde os diferentes representantes diplomáticos serão nomeados, e incumbidos de, executar activamente, todas as suas funções. 2. Para os cargos diplomáticos e constitucionais, serão aceites somente pessoas de grandes méritos alcançados, em relacionamentos humanos e diplomacia substancial. Pessoas que para além de tudo isto, poderão ter um lugar prestigioso à disposição, onde os Emblemas e a Bandeira da Casa Real de Portugal poderão ser expostos, e onde cumprem todas suas relações respectivas. As pessoas que ocupam estes cargos, como o cargo Honorário, têm também que estar dispostas a contribuir para a manutenção económica de controlo dos custos de toda a instituição, incluindo a atribuição de bolsas de estudo, e outras actividades de carácter humanitário. Os Cargos Diplomáticos referidos no parágrafo 2 do artigo 2, em todas as Nações aderentes e não aderentes são: a) Embaixador ou Conselheiro Geral; b) Cônsul Geral ou Conselheiro de primeira classe; c) Cônsul ou Conselheiro de segunda classe; d) Vice- Cônsul ou Conselheiro de terceira classe. Os cargos e as qualidades não são "Causa Honoris", mas são válidas em todos os seus efeitos uma vez que não são caracterizadas como aquelas atribuídas por estados estrangeiros à Casa Real de Portugal. Além disso, o conferimento Honorário é fornecido àqueles referidos nas alinhas a), b), c) e d). 3. Nenhuma compensação é destinada aos cargos, referidos nos capítulos 1 e 2, deste artigo. 4. A todos os representantes diplomáticos da Casa Real será entregue um passaporte diplomático que, obrigatoriamente, terá que ser apresentado, juntamente, com o passaporte nacional do respectivo país de onde cada um é originário. Em caso contrário, o passaporte diplomático perderá efeito. Adicionalmente, a qualquer instituição pública em qualquer estado, serão entregues um decreto nominativo, descrevendo a qualidade, duas placas de registo ou diplomática ou consular e ainda as insígnias diplomáticas que consistem num sistema acústico sinalizado, com a escrita da Casa Real Portuguesa, em diferentes cores, e tudo isto poderá ser usado, exclusivamente, durante o decorrer de actividades, em favor, da Casa
