Telefónica is one of the world’s leading telecom integrated operators. Telefónica is present in 6 European countries (Spain, UK, Ireland, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia), in China and in 15 countries in Central and South America, providing a whole range of e-communications networks and services (fixed, mobile, Internet, TV, etc.).
The Telefónica Group’s Permanent Representative Office in Brussels is in charge of following the regulatory and Public Policy debate at the EU level affecting the whole group, in Europe and worldwide.
The Telefónica Group’s Permanent Representative Office in Brussels mission is to help provide European political leadership with our views and experience in order to enhance the development of the Information Society for all citizens in the EU and worldwide. The digital revolution is raising important political, economic and social challenges and Telefónica, as a corporate responsible company in the ICT sector, wishes to contribute with its experience.
