Number of persons involved in the activities described in the box above

25%: 40

In order that this report not be misleading, we note that the firm employs four full-time public affairs professionals in the UK and one in Brussels. None of these employees, all of whom cover a wide range of matters in the UK, Asia, the EU and various EU member states, reported spending more than four percent of his or her time engaged in activities reportable in the Transparency Register. An additional 35 employees with subject matter expertise in other areas (e.g., legal, regulatory or business-related) participated in minimal reportable activity, in each case representing less than 1% of his or her time, included in this submission. Accordingly, we would estimate the Number of Persons Involved to be less than .25 of an actual full-time equivalent employee.
