OCAZ est une ASBL situé en Belgique chargée de fournir les informations plus que possible concernant l'Azerbaïdjan. OCAZ essais de fournir les informations en matière de culture, politique, économique, sport etc . dans l'espace européen. la priorité de l’ASBL est que la communauté européen, les institutions européennes et aussi les députés européens soient informé concernant l’Azerbaïdjan au mieux que possible. Azerbaïdjan fait partie des pays ceux qui ne sont pas connus en Europe comme il faut. une énorme lacune d'information empêche les gens, les élus surtout d'avoir une une position objective sur le pays. Le pays dispose une énorme potentiel économique et des valeurs à partager avec l’Europe. Ce pays a aussi des problèmes pour les faire savoir. En étant capable de fournir des choses en Europe dans certains des cas le pays a besoin d'aide de la communauté Européenne. Donc OCAZ joue un rôle afin que la communication entre le pays et la communauté européenne soit faite. OCAZ publie des bulletins mensuellement et les envoie aux députés et les fonctionnaires du Parlement Européen. OCAZ organise également les événements pour faire mieux la promotion de l'Azerbaïdjan en Europe.
