Goals / remit

Goals / remit of the organisation: cabinet DN is one of the most innovative and successful Brussels consultancies. We are independent and self-owned, offer public affairs and media services to clients seeking to influence the EU. We are an associate partner of the global consultancy Waggener Edstrom and our client base includes Fortune 500 companies, NGOs and government institutions.

We were founded in 2004 by Timme Dossing and Jacob Lund Nielsen, putting the D and the N into cabinet DN; the company is still fully owned between them and one other working partner, Mark Cunningham. The management philosophy is Scandinavian, with an emphasis on openness, responsibility and results. Since 2007 we reside in our very own 1600 sq. m., 19th Century townhouse in the heart of the European-quarter.

Our team of 31 in-house staff and external advisers make us one of the largest independent, self-owning, consultancies in Brussels. Together our staff reflects the many nationalities and cultures of Europe. All staff have a background in politics and media, and first-hand experience in the European Union institutions, national governments, business and NGOs.

cabinet DN is a member of the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) and European Policy Centre (EPC). We are listed in the Commission Interest Group Register and accredited with the European Parliament.
