Nous voulons " simplement" voir instaurer la DÉMOCRATIE en France, en Europe et à terme dans le Monde.
Selon notre définition, la DÉMOCRATIE suppose la possibilité constitutionnelle offerte à chaque citoyen de pouvoir initier – en toutes matières - un référendum.
Cet outil institutionnel est INDISPENSABLE à un peuple pour EXERCER la souveraineté nationale qui doit être sienne dans tout pays VÉRITABLEMENT démocratique.
Ainsi le peuple constituant la Nation, pourra participer aux débats, s'y impliquer en faisant valoir, pour le bien du pays,la compétence de dizaines de millions de citoyens.
Nous sommes une association régie par la loi du 01/07/1901 et le décret d'application du 16/08/1901.
Le Rassemblement pour l’Initiative Citoyenne (RIC) regroupe tous ceux, qui adhèrent à ses statuts, présentés sur le site www.ric-france.fr, et qui sont attachés à son objectif:
Faire des propositions de réforme concernant exclusivement les institutions nationales et internationales.
Précision : le RIC ne remet pas du tout en cause le principe de la démocratie représentative.
(MAIS, Députés, Conseillers régionaux, municipaux conservent leurs rôles mais sous le contrôle continu des citoyens qu’ils ne font que représenter.)
