Des objectif précis
La reconnaissance et la défense du Droit à la Vie
La protection de l'être humain dès sa conception jusqu'à sa mort naturelle
Le respect de la vie et la dignité de l'être humain
La défense de la moralité publique
La lutte contre les crimes et les violences sexuelles
La défense de l'enfance torturée, violentée, maltraitée
La défense de la famille et des valeurs familiales.
Elle veut, en parallèle, promouvoir et diffuser les principes chrétiens, notamment ceux rappelés en 1994 dans l'encyclique Evangelium Vitae. Elle désire également favoriser l'adoption – simple ou plénière – des enfants abandonnés et des enfants conçus de mères en détresse, puisque l'adoption est une des solutions pour éviter l'avortement.
Pour la réalisation des objectifs décrits ci-dessus, elle agit par tous les moyens légaux : campagnes d'information, réunions publiques ou non, publications, diffusions, émissions, manifestations, communications diverses ainsi que devant toute juridiction appropriée, par le biais de procédures administratives ou judiciaires, chaque fois que cela sera possible et utile.
