Goals / remit

Goals / remit of the organisation: UPTR is a Belgian professional transport federation representing Belgian road hauliers and logistic companies on a regional, national and EU level.

UPTR offers its members a wide range of administrative services, legal service and information updates in order to lighten the burden of administration that today’s transport companies are required to deal with.

UPTR has got a lobby and representation mission to ameliorate the Belgian and the European market.

UPTR is a founding member of the European Road Hauliers Association (EUTR)
UPTR primarily represents and promotes the interest of MSM s the the road transport sector in their relations with the decision-making bodies of the EU.
UETR continuously evaluates negative developments (fall in demands, fuel cost increases, long terms of payment, high operating costs,…) and development appreciate strategies.
UPTR and EUTR work towards ensuring a stronger, more flexible, competitive and sustainable raod transport able to face current an future challenges.
