Board Intelligence specialises in driving boardroom effectiveness, principally through improving the quality of information that the board recevies.
Our heritage is strategy consulting, however, we now specialise in providing services to the PLC and management board that drive board effectiveness. Our services promote more informed and strategic debate in the board room, and make more efficient and effective use of both executive and non-executive time.
By improving the quality of information and insight given to the board, we help directors focus on the matters of greatest importance to the business, helping the business in turn to benefit from their skills and expertise. At the same time we help reduce the administrative burden on the executive, allowing more time for the core running of the business.
We do this by hosting board reviews, developing board packs and intelligent tools to aid stewardship and supervision, and host away days and board evaluations.
We have undertaken board assignments in the fields of life insurance, technology, manufacturing, travel and transport, regulated utilities.
