Goals / remit of the organisation: The German Transport Forum (DVF) is an organisation dedicated to the mobility of the German economy. We bring together companies and associations, service providers, manufacturers, users and consultants. Our goal is a functional, customer-oriented, sustainable and integrated transport system. As a single body that represents the interests of the transport industry in Germany, we champion the cause of environmentally friendly and affordable mobility for people and goods vis-à-vis politicians, media and society.

With a membership of about 170 companies and industry associations,cross-section of German trade and industry. Our members include companies of different sizes, from large corporations with international operations to medium-sized and small enterprises and international associations, primarily in the transport, vehicle manufacturing, IT/communications, consultancy, construction, retail, banking and tourism industries.
