G5 promotes equality between women and men in order to help bring about gender justice in the European Union and beyond. It will pursue these goals through studies, projects, conferences,etc. G5 is set to work together with the European institutions. Its members have a wide range of knowledge about gender issues.

The organisation just established itself in April 2011. We are working to put together a European project on women and resource efficiency. The project should start before the summer of 2012.
