Wholly owned Nike subsidiaries include Converse Inc., which designs, markets and distributes athletic footwear, apparel and accessories; and Hurley International LLC, which designs, markets and distributes action sports and youth lifestyle footwear, apparel and accessories. Nike's headquarters for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (“EMEA”) region are based in Hilversum, The Netherlands. The distribution and customer service facility for the same region is based in Laakdal, Belgium. The EMEA region has approximately 6000 employees.

As stated in our FY12 - FY13 Sustainable Business Performance Report, Nike has a code of ethics for all employees called "Inside the Lines".
