Originally from Jammu & Kashmir, I have been a Belgian resident 1981.

In February 2012, at the request of the Azad Jammu & Kashmir Prime Minister I was appointed as Coordinator for European Union of the Jammu & Kashmir Liberation Cell.

My responsibilities include contacting Members the Human Right sub- committee and of the Foreign Affairs committee in the European Parliament, to inform them of the latest situation in Jammu & Kashmir

Goals / remit

Goals / remit of the organisation: The goals of the Jammu & Kashmir Liberation Cell are to project the Kashmir issue at national and international level;
b) to take steps for accession of the State of Jammu and Kashmir to Pakistan.
c) to arrange publication of history of State of Jammu & Kashmir Liberation Movement;
d) to project Human Rights violations in Indian held Kashmir ;
e) to work as a think tank on the cause of liberation of Indian occupied part of state of Jammu and Kashmir and formulate policies on matters regarding the Issue; and
f) to undertake such other matters as may be assigned to the Cell by the Government.
