La Università Popolare LUniASM - Libera Università Telematica Arti e Scienze Moderne, appartiene alla comunità scientica e culturale internazionale; non persegue fini di lucro ed è senza legami di appartenenza politica; svolge attività di ricerca, studio, didattica e formazione anche con l'utilizzo e tecnologie informatiche e telematiche a distanza, con particolare riguardo alle applicazioni di e-learning. A tale fine l'Università adotta ogni idonea iniziativa per rendere accessibile agli studenti i servizi offerti dai corsi di studio a distanza e per favorire l'inserimento dei giovani nel mercato del lavoro e lo sviluppo della formazione professionale dei lavoratori, in relazione alle condizioni del sistema sociale ed economico nazionale, comunitario ed internazionale.
