creoDK er Danmarks Tekniske Universitets (DTU), Københavns Universitets (KU) og Region Hovedstadens (regionen omkring København)EU-forskningskontor i Bruxelles. creoDK skaber grundlaget for, at de tre partnere tiltrækker yderligere EU-medfinansiering til forsknings- og udviklingsprojekter fra EU's rammeprogrammer. creoDK bidrager også til, at de tre partnere bliver mere involveret i det Europæiske Forskningsrum (ERA). Partnerne bag creoDK vil deltage i den fortsatte udvikling af ERA ved at fastholde og videreudvikle forskningsmiljøer i verdensklasse og deltage i mere internationalt samarbejde om forskning på regionens to største universiteter og 14 hospitaler. DTU, KU og Region Hovedstaden ser internationale partnerskaber og samarbejder som væsentlige for at udvikle en internationalt konkurrencedygtig hovedstadsregion.
