Goals / remit
| Goals / remit of the organisation: |
The Superyacht Builders Association(SYBAss)unites the world’s leading superyacht builders. We emphasise the unique values these companies offer owners and their business environment, and enhance cooperation between the yards.
To reflect our areas of common interest, SYBAss activities focus on:
•Cooperating with the authorities to ensure regulation takes into account the specific nature and challenges of the yachting industry. SYBAss maintains close relationships with regulators and participates in relevant working groups and subcommittees. •Professionalism that matches the needs of today’s superyacht industry. SYBAss plays an active role in raising the standards of processes and structures in a way that reflects the highly sophisticated products built by our members. •Facilitating communication between our members and superyacht owners via carefully targeted promotion. SYBAss also constantly strives to improve the way yards are showcased at the leading boat shows and other key events.
