Design and excute policies to promote the ICT sector to increment added value and impulse innovation amb specialized knowledge. Promote the creation of appropriate telecomunication infraestructures to make people, companies and public administrations be able to access advanced electronic comunication services.
Guide telecomunication infraestructures and information systems policies in order to satisfy the needs of local administration of the Government of Catalonia.
Promote the access and use of new technologies by society, specially on eduaction, culture, health, and small and medium enterprises.
