We provide the first independent global ESG regulatory educational services, to all market sectors, including public companies, boards, institutional asset owners and managers, civil society, and policymakers. We cover U.S. and international securities regulation, accounting regulation, stock exchange regulation, and environmental regulation. We also educate on the applicability of, and relationship between, voluntary global ESG reporting frameworks to global regulatory compliance. Our regulatory educational services are based upon a five-year, multi-million-dollar, independently funded Global ESG Regulatory Research Program and development of a comprehensive proprietary Knowledge Base containing global ESG regulatory and capital markets intelligence.
