As Economist, I think I can afford my experience and a global vision. Organisation goals are the following:
1.- Tax and accounting compliance; Companies usually asume risks without knowing because of ignorance of tax regulations. I help Companies and NGOs to detect, measure and understand risks to reduce them.
2.- Management Control; Business Information is not always well used. This way we collaborate with Managers to identify and manage internal and external information to meet the budget.
3.- M&A; As specialist our Firm plans and guides Companies through Merger Process and drive it to success .
