Goals / remit

Goals / remit of the organisation: Establishing the methodology and examples of good practice for bridging the digital divide gap in rural areas, organizing 3 conferences with all the partner members present along with the SEE government and EU representatives,e. This outh to be the Outputs, Results must be: transfer of good practice among partners researching, elaborating and inventing the new methodologies for the implementation : Setting the environment for Increasing the use of high speed broadband internet in remote rural areas from 10-24 to 54-60 %
Educate people about the benefits and the advantages of high speed broadband internet and train for using it (in theirs advantage) inhabitants of rural remote areas .
Set a workshops and training facilities in every commune with practical and "on example" training for the often uneducated rural dwellers . (with the main themes> Eu digital agenda, broadband internet, need of better and continuous education,sustainable development>eco farming waste management, recycling, use of renewable energy sources, energy efficiency . Every Government or NGO effort in a past ten years failed to bring the knowledge at "the doorstep" of the citizens of remote areas.Setting a scientific experimental weather / climate monitoring and renewable energy evaluating network of sensors via the planned high-speed network infrastructure for rural areas.

In the short term the project partners would research multidisciplinary data to use them in the evaluation of the situation in their own regions/countries.Both positive and negative actions and experience would be addressed and presented . All that data would be collected then joined in one specific database. The methodology and ways of data collecting would be agreed and implemented by the partners on first seminar meeting.
