Goals / remit

Goals / remit of the organisation: To accompany, to serve and to plead the cause of refugees and migrants, in order to support them towards a fuller and more independent life. Advocating for refugees and migrants, JRS-E
- studies in the field situations and emerging EU and national laws on asylum,
- advocates at relevant stages of the legislative procedures for just asylum policies based on the dignity of the person,
- brings the concerns of JRS workers in developing countries to the attention of the decisions makers in the EU.

-Proposal Regulation establishing Eu. Border Surveillance System (Eurosur)
-Green Paper on right of family reunification third-country nationals living in EU
-Regulation 1188/2011 amending Regulation 2007/2004 establishing Eu. Agency Management Operational Cooperation External Borders of the MS
-Directive 2011/95/EU on standards for qualification of third-country nationals, etc.

-Commission's Communication on enhanced intra-EU solidarity in the field of asylum, etc.
