Goals / remit of the organisation: We are engaged to improve the state of all construction processes. Through our own multi-faceted research we have identified, that the key to successful restructuring of the construction sector toward a Life-Cycle-Management is to transform the performance data of SME into a digital knowledge-based construction guidance management. Our concepts support the "strategy for the sustainable competitiveness of the construction sector and ist enterprises". The main task to accomplish this strategy will be to implement a complete digital value-chain, which is fed by all participants in the construction and facility management processes.
