RESER aims at being an active research organisation that deals with the growth and development of the service industry in Europe and the world.
RESER wants to assist in policy development that relates to the growth, development and competitiveness of the service industry in Europe.
Through the annual conference, RESER wants to create a natural platform for discussions of the latest research on various service industry topics within both private and public sectors.
RESER aims to have highly active members within the academy and policy sector.
