    Goals / remit

The Feminine Grand Lodge of Romania, Symbolic Masonic Power founded on 1 March 1922 as the first Feminine Grand Lodge practicing the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite aims gather all women wishing to pursue a specific initiatory path and uphold the traditional initiatory principles of Freemasonry, to learn and to defend the principles based on liberty, equality, fraternity, solidarity, to ensure the continuous improvement of humanity's spiritual and moral situation and ethics through research and searching the truth and harmony. We are looking to improve human morals and ethics within society, to promote freedom of conscience and the culture and history of Romania in the European context, to promote right for equal opportunities and the welfare and evolution of the Human Family in general and of each man and woman in particular.

Close ties with American, Asian, European and African Masonic Grand Lodges/Orients (Obediences/organizations) through Treaties of Amity and Mutual Recognition. Agreements and conventions with major Romanian (historic) Masonic organizations.

Organizing national and international conferences on the following subjects: Ethics, inter-generational solidarity, Youth, Civilizations and World Religions, Historical and philosophical culture and research.
