Misija:
puoselėti investavimo į vertybinius popierius kultūrą Lietuvoje.
Siekia užtikrinti:
- ir įtvirtinti nuostatą, kad akcinių bendrovių veiklos tikslas – didinti akcinio kapitalo vertę ilgajame laikotarpyje;
- ir gerinti sąlygas valdyti privačią nuosavybę kapitalo rinkoje;
- smulkių akcininkų teises pagal AB įstatymą bei atstovauti ir ginti jų interesus - tiek bendruosius, tiek individualių akcininkų - įvairiose situacijose;
- mažesnius mokesčius LAA nariams;
- produktyvią ir skaidrią vertybinių popierių rinką;
- teisingą ir atsakingą teisinės valdžios politiką;
- smulkių investuotojų teises iš vartotojų pusės;
- bendrų fondų valdytojų teises.

- bendrų akcininkų teisių bei mažumos akcininkų teisių apsaugai;
