L'ingénierie est internalisée dans le bureau d'études quimpérois. La construction est en partie sous-traitée. Sabella assure la maîtrise d'oeuvre de cette phase.
Sabella s'intéresse au marché hydrolien sur l'ensemble de la planète, et particulièrement en Europe avec les marchés français et anglais.
