L’ADA a été crée en 1999 avec le soutien du Gouvernement du Sénégal ainsi que de nombreuses Organisations Internationales et d’éminentes personnalités à travers le monde.
L’ADA a pour objectif de favoriser l’émergence d’une diplomatie africaine au service d’un développement durable, de la culture et de la paix.
L’ADA est un THINK-TANK regroupant des experts et intellectuels versés dans le domaine de la diplomatie, des relations internationales, de la culture, de l’Education, des sciences et des nouvelles Technologies.
L’ADA est aussi une STRUCTURE OPERATIONNELLE ET D’INTERVENTION indépendante en faveur du Continent Africain au niveau international.
Grâce à son statut de lobbyistes auprès du Parlement Européen, avec l’aide des groupes parlementaires amis et avec le soutien des ONG européennes et des ONG du monde entier et la coopération avec des organisations internationales non africaines telle l’UE, l’ADA souhaite de mieux soutenir les efforts des Etats africains auprès des instances européennes et de mobiliser l’opinion publique internationale.
Avec l’aide de ce réseau international et en coopération avec les Ambassadeurs Africaines, l’ADA contribue à un développement de l’économie, de la démocratie, des Droits de l’Homme et de la paix en Afrique.
A.D.A. was founded in 1999 with the assistance of the Government of Senegal, numerous international organizations and outstanding personalities from all over the world.
The ADA has set the goal of improving occurrence of the African Diplomacy, where it serves a durable development of culture and peace.
The ADA is a THINK-TANK, including experienced and intellectual experts within the range of diplomacy, international relations, culture, education, sciences and new technologies.
L’ADA is also an INDEPENDENT OPERATIONAL AND INTERVENTIONAL STRUCTURE to the favour of the African continent on an international level.
Thus and thanks of her status as accredited stakeholders with the European Parliament, with the help of groupings of parliamentary friends, by assistance of european NGO’s and NGO’s around the world, the co-operations with international non-African organizations such as the European Union the ADA is able to support the African States better in their efforts as regards the European Institutions and to take influence on the international public opinion.
With the help of this international network and in co-operation with the African Ambassadors, the ADA contribute to the development of the economy, the democracy, the Human Rights and the peace in Africa.
Die ADA wurde 1999 mit Unterstützung der senegalesischen Regierung sowie zahlreicher Internationaler Organisationen und herausragender Persönlichkeiten aus der ganzen Welt gegründet.
Ziel der ADA ist es, die afrikanische Diplomatie, die einer dauerhaften Entwicklung der Kultur und des Friedens dient, zu verbessern.
Die ADA ist ein THINK-THANK, der erfahrene Experten und Intellektuelle im Bereich der Diplomatie, der internationalen Beziehungen, der Kultur, der Erziehung, der Wissenschaften und neuer Technologien einschließt. Ausserdem ist die ADA eine UNABHÄNGIGE OPERATIVE UND INTERVENIERENDE STRUKTUR auf internationaler Ebene zu Gunsten des afrikanischen Kontinents.
Dank ihres Status als akkreditierte Interessenvertreter beim Europäischen Parlament, mit Hilfe von Gruppierungen von parlamentarischen Freunden, mit der Unterstützung europäischer NRO’s und NRO’s aus der ganzen Welt und dank der Kooperation mit internationalen nicht-afrikanischen Organisationen wie der Europäische Union möchte die ADA die Bemühungen der afrikanischen Staaten gegenüber den europäischen Institutionen unterstützen und auf die internationale öffentliche Meinung Einfluss nehmen.
Mit Hilfe dieses internationalen Netzwerkes und in Zusammenarbeit mit den afrikanischen Botschaftern leistet die ADA einen Beitrag zur weiteren Entwicklung der Ökonomie, der Demokratie, der Menschrechte und des Friedens in Afrika.
